I'm auctioning a replica of a US 1862 cavalry saber. I bought the saber about 4 years ago, it was only decoration for me, so there are no chips, nicks, etc. on the blade. I would now describe the blade as "not very sharp." The manufacturer is Windlass/India, designation and type see photos (written on the blade). I have also oiled the saber from time to time, according to the description the blade is made of 1065 carbon steel (not stainless).

Den Säbel habe ich ca. vor 4 Jahren gekauft, war bei mir nur Deko, hat somit an der Klinge keine Abbrüche, Scharten etc. Die Klinge würde ich jetzt als "nicht sehr scharf" bezeichnen. Der Hersteller ist Windlass/Indien, Bezeichnung und Typ siehe Fotos (steht auf der Klinge). Habe den Säbel auch ab und zu eingeölt, laut Beschreibung ist die Klinge aus 1065 Karbonstahl (nicht rostfrei)
