For sale is a nearly 6 weeks old MR223 A3 11" Sport conversion system in RAL 8000.
The weapon is in excellent condition, almost new. Only 100 shots fired. There is just a tiny scratch on the handguard.
I really wanted to have an 11" MR223. When I got it, I realized that at over 1.90 and with correspondingly long arms, 11" is simply too short for proper shooting. Therefore, I am selling it again immediately.
The weapon falls under §6 AWaffV, but has a BKA notice as a complete weapon. See e.g. here:

Sale and transfer of the weapon only to holders of a valid acquisition permit. This must be presented in original, alternatively a scan and contact/information from the responsible weapons authority. An registered basic weapon HK MR223 (!) is required.
The weapon can be shipped, for this I use Waffenkurier-neu.
Shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer and amount to about 60 euros.
This is not a forced sale, I do not need space on the card, I do not urgently need money.

Verkauft wird ein knapp 6 Wochen altes MR223 A3 11" Sport Wechselsystem in RAL 8000.
Die Waffe ist im Bestzustand, fast neu. Lediglich 100 Schuss gemacht. Es gibt nur einen Mini-Kratzer am Handschutz.
Ich wollte unbedingt ein 11" MR223 haben. Als ich es hatte, habe ich festgestellt, dass mit über 1,90 und entsprechend langen Armen 11" einfach zu kurz zum vernünftig schießen ist. Daher direkt wieder abzugeben.
Die Waffe fällt unter §6 AWaffV, hat aber als Gesamtwaffe einen BKA Bescheid. Siehe z.B. hier:

Verkauf und Überlassen der Waffe erfolgt nur an Inhaber einer gültigen Erwerbsberechtigung. Diese ist im Original vorzulegen, alternativ Scan und Kontakt/Auskunft der zuständigen Waffenbehörde. Eine eingetragene Grundwaffe HK MR223 (!) wird benötigt.
Die Waffe kann versendet werden, hierfür nutze ich Waffenkurier-neu.
Versandkosten sind vom Käufer zu tragen und betragen etwa 60 Euro.
Es ist kein Notverkauf, ich brauche keinen Platz auf der Karte, ich brauche nicht dringend Geld.
