For sale is a lightly used Mossberg bolt-action rifle in caliber 308 WIN. I have fired approximately 25 shots with the rifle. The rifle is in excellent condition and about 7 months old. Included is a scope from Meopta Optika 6 (3-18 x 56, illuminated), a rifle sling, bipod, and a muzzle brake. The weapon can be viewed and picked up on-site. I am happy to ship the rifle via Overnite firearms shipping. However, the shipping costs amount to approximately 39 euros. The original purchase price of the weapon was around 2100 euros.
The purchase price is negotiable to a reasonable extent.
Sale only to EWB. Since this is a private sale, returns and guarantees are excluded. Furthermore, the sale is made under exclusion of any liability for material defects. Liability for damages due to injury to health, body, life, and grossly negligent and/or intentional violations of my duties as a seller remains unaffected.

Die Büchse ist im Bestzustand und ca. 7 Monate alt. Mit dabei ist ein ZF von Meopta Optika 6 (3-18 x 56, beleuchtet), Gewehrriemen, Zweibein sowie eine Mündungsbremse. Die Waffe kann gerne vor Ort besichtigt und abgeholt werden. Gerne versende ich die Büchse via Overnite Waffenversand. Allerdings beläuft sich der Versand auf ca. 39 Euro. Der damalige Kaufpreis der Waffe belief sich auf ca. 2100 Euro.
Verkauf nur an EWB. Da es sich um einen Privatverkauf handelt, ist eine Rücknahme und Garantie durch mich ausgeschlossen. Des Weiteren erfolgt der Verkauf unter Ausschluss jeglicher Sachmängelhaftung.
