Our qualitatively very high-quality steel winch rope with the rope construction 6 x 26 impresses with a very high flexibility and a high breaking load.

Densified steel winch ropes are produced using a special rotational hammer process. In this process, the round wires are densified so that they become almost straight on the outer surface and together with the other wires form a smooth surface. An increased carbon content, strong outer wires, and super densification result in higher breaking loads. This makes it possible to use thinner ropes while fully maintaining safety. The sliding coating of the steel core and the compact rope construction minimize friction in the rope. Due to the smooth surface, it has very good winding behavior, even on small rope drums (e.g., 3-point mounted winches).

Unser qualitativ sehr hochwertiges Stahlwindenseil mit dem Seilaufbau 6 x 26 besticht durch eine sehr hohe Biegsamkeit und eine hohe Bruchlast.

Verdichtete Stahlwindenseile werden in einem Spezial-Rotationshammerverfahren hergestellt. Hierbei werden die runden Drähte so verdichtet, dass sie an der Außenfläche fast gerade werden und zusammen mit den anderen Drähten eine glatte Oberfläche ergeben. Ein erhöhter Kohlenstoffanteil, starke Außendrähte und die Super-Verdichtung ergeben höhere Bruchlasten. Somit ist es möglich, dünnere Seile einzusetzen und gleichzeitig die Sicherheit voll zu erhalten. Durch die Gleitbeschichtung der Stahlseele und den kompakten Seilaufbau wird die Reibung im Seil auf ein Minimum reduziert. Sie haben durch die glatte Oberfläche ein sehr gutes Wickelverhalten, auch auf kleinen Seiltrommeln (z. B. 3-Punkt-Anbauwinden).
