Das PUMA XP Shadowcat ist ein wuchtiges und vollkommen schwarz gehaltenes Kampf- und Überlebensmesser mit knapp 18 cm langer Klinge aus rostfreiem 7Cr17 Stahl. Die Klingenspitze in bewährter Clip-Point-Form sorgt für absolute Verlässlichkeit. Die Schneide ist im vorderen Bereich bauchig ausgeformt und wird durch den kurvigen Verlauf ("Recurve") wirksam verlängert. Dadurch verlagert sich der Messerschwerpunkt zudem nach vorn und bietet dem Anwender mehr Schlagkraft.
