When cocking the air rifle, you must release the lock so that you can close the barrel again. This prevents any unwanted swinging of the barrel. A rubberized butt pad allows for a secure and optimal shoulder placement and stands in elegant contrast with the brown wooden stock. An 11mm rail allows for the attachment of a scope.
