The Umarex H&K MP7 A1 is a very compact submachine gun with a retractable stock. The original is used by both police forces and the military worldwide.
With its very small dimensions, even for a submachine gun, it is the optimal weapon for CQB. However, with an energy of about 1 Joule and the Mid Cap magazine with 120 rounds, it is also well suited for more expansive terrain.
The weapon and the magazine are equipped with the new magazine monitoring system, which ensures that the weapon does not continue to fire when the magazine is empty or if no magazine is in the weapon.
In such a case, there is a dry-fire mode that can be activated by pressing the bolt catch. To avoid having to completely disassemble the airsoft gun in the event of a gearbox jam, a small hole is provided on the top.
If a jam occurs, the anti-reversal latch can be operated here, for example, with a small hex key, and the weapon is ready to function again.
The airsoft gun comes with a MOSFET from the factory, which achieves very good responsiveness. Umarex recommends using it with LiPos. The LiPo can be inserted into the weapon after removing the front housing part.

Bei der Umarex H&K MP7 A1 handelt es sich um eine sehr kompakte Maschinenpistole mit einschiebbarer Schulterstütze. Das Original wird von sowohlvon Polizeibehörden, als auch des Militärs weltweit verwendet.
Mit ihren, selbst für eine Maschinenpistole, sehr kleinen Abmaßen, ist sie die optimale Waffe fürs CQB. Mit einer Energie von ca 1 Joule und dem Mid Cap Magazin mit 120 Schuss ist sie allerdings auch für weitläufigeres Gelände gut geeignet.
Die Waffe und das Magazin sind mit dem neuen Magazin-Monitoring System ausgestattet, welches dafür sorgt, dass die Waffe nicht weiter feuert, wenn das Magazin leer geschossen ist, oder gar kein Magazin in der Waffe ist.
Um in einem solchen Fall trotzdem schießen zu können, gibt es einen Dry-Fire Modus, welcher durch Betätigen des Bolt Catches genutzt werden kann. Um die Airsoft im Falle eines Gearbox Jams nicht komplett zerlegen zu müssen, ist an der Oberseite eine kleine Bohrung angebracht.
Sollte ein Jam vorliegen, kann hier z. B. mit einem kleinen Innensechskant-Schlüssel der Anti Reversal Latch betätigt werden und die Waffe ist wieder funktionsbereit.
Die Airsoftwaffe kommt von Haus aus mit einem Mosfet, wodurch ein sehr gutes Ansprechverhalten erreicht wird. Von Umarex wird die Verwendung mit Lipos empfohlen. Der Lipo kann nach Abnehmen des vorderen Gehäuseteiles in die Waffe geschoben werden.
