The Sauer & Sohn Model 3000 is a classic drilling, a combined hunting weapon with two shotgun barrels and one rifle barrel. It was manufactured by the traditional German company J. P. Sauer & Sohn gefertigt, die für ihre hochwertigen Jagd- und Sportwaffen bekannt ist. Die Sauer 3000 war in ihrer Zeit eine beliebte Wahl für Jäger, die eine vielseitige und zuverlässige Waffe suchten. Besonders die Kaliber-Kombination aus 12/70 und 7x65R machte sie für das mitteleuropäische Jagdrevier sehr attraktiv.
