The gas block is external and has a Picatinny rail at 12 o'clock. The stable quad rail provides additional mounting options, including QD.

WYSSEN DEFENCE WD-SMR223

MEPRO LIGHT M3XT

The MX3-T can be mounted directly behind the reflex sight on the Picatinny rail using a quick release. If the shooter aims at targets at greater distances, it can be flipped to the right and also slightly moved back.
