The N565 was developed to fill the gap between the high-energy rifle powders N560 and N570 from Vihtavuori and was specifically designed for the .338 Lapua Magnum with 250-grain bullets.
In addition to a precisely adjusted burning rate, this powder is extremely temperature stable and delivers consistent results in a variety of environments.
It also has improved hygroscopic stability and a new de-coppering agent used to ensure a cleaner barrel when shooting. N565 is REACH compliant without DNT or phthalates.
