Delivery usually takes place on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.; an alternative delivery address can also be provided by arrangement. Scheduled deliveries are also possible, but they incur costs.
Acquisition and shipping of firearms to EU countries
Sales to EU countries are possible; however, we require a so-called transport permit from the recipient country. To check the transport costs, we need your complete address; without this, we cannot determine the shipping costs. If you wish to purchase a firearm from an EU country, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email in the form of a so-called customer order, which includes the firearm number and bank details or the international account details. The customer order will also specify the actual transport costs incurred. These must be paid in advance along with the firearm price. You will receive this as a PDF file; please also check your spam folder. With the incoming payment of the purchase price, the goods are firmly reserved for you. If no payment is received within 10 working days, the firearm may be released for sale again. You will then have no claim to fulfillment of your order. Once you have received the EU transport permit from your responsible regulatory authority, please send us the original; you will receive this back with the ordered firearm. We will then apply for the German export permit. Depending on the workload at the authority, this can usually take 8-10 days, in individual cases even 2-3 weeks. After that, the firearm will be shipped as soon as possible.

Bei Erwerb von Kurzwaffen oder bei Erwerb von Langwaffen durch eine WBK mit genehmigtem Voreintrag benötigen wir die WBK immer im Original, da wir als Überlasser den Eintrag von Modell und Serien-Nummer vornehmen.
Bei Erwerb von Langwaffen durch Jäger benötigen wir den Jagdschein oder eine beglaubigte Kopie! Hierbei ist es auch möglich uns einen Scan per E-Mail zu senden aber nur in Verbindung mit Telefondurchwahl und Namen des zuständigen Sachbearbeiters Ihrer ausstellenden Behörde.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir nur mit zertifizierten Versandunternehmen versenden, die eine persönliche Zustellung garantieren. Hierzu ist es nötig, dass Sie sich persönlich gegenüber dem Boten ausweisen können bzw. müssen. Die Zustellung erfolgt in der Regel werktags in der Zeit zwischen 8 Uhr bis 16 Uhr, nach Absprache kann auch eine abweichende Lieferadresse angegeben werden. Termin-Lieferungen sind ebenfalls möglich, allerdings Kostenpflichtig.

Im Kundenauftrag werden auch die tatsächlich anfallenden Transportkosten ausgewiesen. Diese sind mit dem Waffenpreis im Vorfeld zu bezahlen. Wenn Sie die EU Verbringungsgenehmigung Ihrer zuständigen Ordnungsbehörde erhalten haben übersenden Sie uns diese bitte im Original, dies erhalten Sie mit der bestellten Waffe retour. Daraufhin beantragen wir die deutsche Ausfuhrgenehmigung. Je nach Arbeitsaufwand bei der Behörde kann dies im Regelfall auch schon mal 8-10 Tage in Anspruch nehmen, im Einzelfall auch 2-3 Wochen.
Danach geht die Waffe schnellstens in den Versand.
Generell benötigen wir beim Auslandsversand immer eine Telefonnummer, möglichst Mobilfunk oder eine Festnetztelefonnummer wo sie zu jederzeit bei Rückfragen zu erreichbar sind.
