The Blaser R8 Ultimate Carbon Silence repeating rifle provides the best conditions for protecting the hearing of hunters and hunting dogs. Illumination Control (iC) links the control of the reticle illumination of the Blaser riflescopes to the operation of the weapon. Illumination Control (iC) koppelt die Steuerung der Absehenbeleuchtung der Blaser Zielfernrohre an die Bedienung der Waffe. Ein Sensor im Okular erkennt die Stellung des Spannschiebers und steuert so selbstständig das Ein- und Ausschalten des Leuchtpunktes. Die Waffe wird mit einem Integralschalldämpfer ausgeliefert.
