Use with Dutch oven lid holder pro-ft as a grill clamp: insert the grill grate instead of a Dutch oven lid into the lid holder pro-ft and turn the combination upside down. Then attach the charcoal tray pro-ft at the desired height underneath, and you can start grilling.
