The airsoft replica from Double Bell is a 1/1 replica of the German standard Karabiner 98K, as used by the Wehrmacht in World War II. Very interesting about this airsoft rifle is the cocking and loading mechanism with functioning shell ejection, which makes the shooting function particularly detailed compared to the original. With the spring-powered bolt action shooting system in caliber 6mm BB, the airsoft carbine also has good shooting performance.
This variant from the Double Bell Karabiner 98K range is equipped with a stock made of composite plastic. The stock is printed in a beautiful wood look design, creating an authentic impression. Except for the stock, the Double Bell replica consists almost entirely of metal parts. These provide an authentic feel when shooting and contribute to stability. The safety also works like the original. It can also be seen from the outside whether the rifle is cocked, just like with the real Karabiner 98K.
The highlight of the Double Bell carbine is, of course, the shooting mode with shell ejection. The replica comes here as a spring-powered bolt action version with an authentically functioning cocking mechanism and shell ejection. First, up to 5 cartridges can be loaded into the chamber, just like the original. These can be inserted individually or with an additionally available loading strip. It is, of course, easier to use a loading strip. After that, the bolt or cocking lever must be moved back and then forward again, just like with the real Karabiner 98K, to cock the rifle. This loads a cartridge from the chamber into the chamber. When the cocking lever is moved back after shooting, the empty cartridge is ejected, and when moving forward, a new cartridge is loaded into the chamber. Die Airsoftreplika von Double Bell ist ein 1/1 Nachbau des deutschen Standard Karabiner 98K, wie er im 2. Weltkrieg von der Wehrmacht eingesetzt wurde. Sehr interessant bei diesem Airsoftgewehr ist der Spann- bzw. Nachlademechanismus mit funktionierende Hülsenauswurf wodurch die Schussfunktion dem Original besonders detailliert nachempfunden ist. Durch das Federdruck Bolt Action Schusssystem im Kaliber 6mm BB besitzt der Airsoft-Karabiner auch eine gute Schussleistung .
Diese Variante aus dem Double Bell Karabiner 98K Sortiment ist mit einem Schaft aus Verbundkunststoff ausgestattet. Bedruckt ist der Schaft im schönen Holzoptik-Design, wodurch ein authentischer Eindruck erweckt wird. Bis auf den Schaft finden sich an der Double Bell Replika fast ausschließlich Metallteile. Diese sorgen für ein authentisches Gefühl beim Schießen und tragen zur Stabilität bei. Auch die Sicherung funktioniert wie beim Original. Ebenfalls kann wie beim echten Karabiner 98K von außen gesehen werden ob das Gewehr gespannt ist.
Das Highlight des Double Bell Karabiners ist aber natürlich der Schussmodus mit Hülsenauswurf. Der Nachbau kommt hier als Federdruck Bolt Action Version mit originalgetreu funktionierendem Spannmechanismus und Hülsenauswurf. Zuerst können wie beim Original bis zu 5 Patronen in die Patronenkammer eingeladen werden. Diese können einzeln oder mit einem zusätzlich erhältlichen Ladestreifen eingesetzt werden. Einfacher ist es natürlich mittels eines Ladestreifens. Anschließend muss der Verschluss bzw. Spannhebel wie beim echten Karabiner 98k nach hinten und wieder nach vorne bewegt werden um das Gewehr zu spannen. Hierdurch wird eine Patrone aus der Patronenkammer ins Patronenlager geladen. Wird nach dem Schießen der Spannhebel wieder zurück bewegt, wird die leere Patrone ausgeworfen und beim nach vorne bewegen, eine neue Patrone ins Lager eingelegt. Durch diese Funktionsweise kommt beim Schießen des Double Bell Karabiner 98K ein sehr authentisches Gefühl auf. Zusätzlich sorgen die vielen Metallteile im Innern für ein passendes Nachladegeräusch und eine zuverlässige Schussfunktion.
Neben dem Ladevorgang, funktioniert auch die Sicherung wie beim Original und lässt sich daher nur im gespannten Zustand einlegen. Ebenfalls kann wie beim echten Karabiner 98K von außen gesehen werden ob das Gewehr gespannt ist.
Durch den Federdruck-Schussmechanismus kann das Gewehr temperaturunabhängig eingesetzt werden. An kälteren Tagen ein klarer Vorteil gegenüber der ebenfalls erhältlichen Gas-Version.
Auch ein einstellbares Hop-Up System ist vorhanden. Dieses befindet sich unter der klappbaren Visierung und kann dort mittels eines Innensechskantschlüssels von außen eingestellt werden.
Zum Betrieb werden noch 6mm BB Rundkugeln benötigt .
