I have a total of 250 shots in the unopened outer box with 10 packs of 25 shots each of RIO Star Team Evo Training caliber 12/70 24g (No. 9) skeet ammunition available and would like to sell these to a legally eligible buyer.
Pick-up in Düsseldorf or shipping at the buyer's expense. In any case, the acquisition authorization must be sent as a scan beforehand.
The sale of items requiring a purchase permit is only conducted with holders of a valid acquisition permit. According to § 35 of the Weapons Act: The sale and transfer of firearms and ammunition requiring a permit: Transfer only to holders of an acquisition permit. The buyer must prove their acquisition permit before purchase through a valid entry in the firearms ownership card (WBK), a valid hunting license, or a valid weapons trading license. Please only bid and contact me if you meet this requirement. Buyers who purchase/bid on the item without possessing a valid acquisition permit at the time of purchase, or who cannot present an acquisition permit no later than 1 month after purchase/bid, owe the full purchase price and any incurred costs/fees and lose the right to acquire and own the item. A copy of the acquisition permit as well as the identity card and the contact details of the authority responsible for the acquisition permit are required. These documents must be sent by email before the purchase. Shipping will occur after payment of the purchase price and shipping costs via bank transfer at the buyer's expense using a suitable service like Overnite or similar providers. This is a private sale. I exclude any warranty or guarantee or return. I reserve the right to sell in between. The images shown are for reference only; the actual product may differ. Abzuholen in Düsseldorf oder Versand auf Kosten des Erwerbers. In jedem fall muss vorher die Erwerbsberechtigung als Scan zugesendet werden.
Der Verkauf von Erwerbspflichtigen Artikeln erfolgt nur an Inhaber einer gültigen Erwerbserlaubnis. Gemäß § 35 Waffengesetz gilt: Der Verkauf und Abgabe bei erlaubnispflichtiger Schusswaffen und erlaubnispflichtiger Munition: Abgabe nur an Inhaber einer Erwerbserlaubnis. Der Käufer muss seine Erwerbserlaubnis vor Erwerb durch einen gültigen Voreintrag in der WBK, durch gültigen Jagdschein oder gültiger Waffenhandelslizenz vor Abgabe nachweisen. Käufer, die den Artikel kaufen/ersteigern, ohne bei Zeitpunkt des Kaufs im Besitz einer gültigen Erwerbserlaubnis zu sein, oder spätestens 1 Monat nach Kauf/Ersteigerung keine Erwerbserlaubnis vorlegen können, schulden den vollen Kaufpreis und die entstandenen Kosten/Gebühren und verlieren das Recht auf Erwerb und Eigentum an dem Artikel. Es wird eine Kopie der Erwerbserlaubnis sowie des Personalausweises und die Kontaktdaten der für die Erwerbserlaubnis zuständigen Behörde benötigt. Diese Unterlagen müssen vor Erwerb per E-Mail zugesendet werden. Versand erfolgt nach Zahlung des Kaufpreises und der Versandkosten per Banküberweisung auf Kosten des Käufers mit einem geeigneten Service wie Overnite oder ähnliche Anbieter. Mit Abgabe eines Gebotes erklärt der Käufer/Bieter ausdrücklich diese Vereinbarung, gelesen, verstanden und zugestimmt zu haben.
