In contrast to many other manufacturers, G&G has succeeded in creating an extremely convincing EBR. With very high-quality materials, excellent workmanship, and solid mechanics, this AEG consistently earns positive points and conveys a very positive and authentic overall impression. We don't need to write much about the design, as a picture says more than a thousand words. This weapon is particularly predestined for combat snipers and poses serious competition for the SR-25. For the EBR, G&G uses a specially designed gearbox; fortunately, unlike V7 gearboxes, it is compatible with standard parts, making it very easy to source most parts in the event of a defect. The hop-up system is based on that of the AUG and allows for very precise adjustments. To keep the overall weight within a reasonable range, the rail system has not been overdone, yet there are still more than enough mounting options for various accessories. The stock system is made of steel and aluminum, is adjustable in length, and has a total of six positions. Both the stock end and the cheek rest are made of textured polymer, providing a very comfortable and non-slip grip, making aiming significantly more pleasant. The cheek rest is adjustable in height and has a total of nine positions. The rifle is extremely solidly constructed, with no expense spared on materials. The chassis is completely CNC machined, and many small details, such as the realistic gas piston system and the fully functional bolt catch, are included. The integrated mounting options for a sling also prove to be extremely useful. Although the M14 dates back to the late 1950s, it is still used very intensively by the military. The Mk14 EBR, based on the M14, was commissioned by the US Navy Seals in 2000 and entered service in 2004, with around 5000 units currently in active service with the Navy Seals, the Coast Guard, and the US Army. The US Marine Corps uses a slightly modified version, the M39 Enhanced Marksman Rifle. Unlike the M4 and M16 models, the M14, with the .308 Win cartridge, has significantly higher penetration power and range, making it an indispensable part of the weapon arsenal of American units in Afghanistan. New to this weapon is the micro switch trigger unit with MOSFET. Similar to an ASCU, it now offers the advantages of a switch unit with a micro switch. The MOSFET, located outside the gearbox, is suitable for LiPo batteries. Only high-quality batteries specifically developed for the airsoft sector should be used here. High trigger speed is not the only advantage of the ETU. A battery is not included in the delivery. A charger is not included in the delivery.

Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Herstellern ist G&G eine äusserst überzeugende EBR gelungen. Mit sehr hochwertigen Materialien, einer sehr guten Verarbeitung und solider Mechanik sammelt diese AEG fleissig Pluspunkte und vermittelt ein sehr positives und auch authentisches Gesamtbild. Über das Design müssen wir nicht viel schreiben, da sagt ein Bild schon mehr als tausend Worte. Gerade für Combat Sniper ist diese Waffe geradezu prädestiniert und eine ernste Konkurrenz für die SR-25. Für die EBR verwendet G&G eine speziell konstruierte Gearbox, glücklicherweise ist diese aber im Gegensatz zu V7 Gearboxen mit Standard-Teilen kompatibel wodurch im Falle eines Defektes die allermeisten Teile sehr einfach zu beschaffen sind. Das Hop-Up System basiert auf demjenigen der AUG und ermöglicht sehr präzise Einstellungen. Um das Gesamtgewicht in einem vertretbaren Rahmen zu halten wurde beim Schienensystem nicht übertrieben und auch so finden sich mehr als genug Montagemöglichkeiten für diverses Zubehör. Das Schaftsystem ist aus Stahl und Aluminium gefertigt, es ist in der länge verstellbar und hat insgesamt sechs Positionen. Sowohl das Schaftende als auch die Wangenauflage sind mit rauem Polymer ausgearbeitet und bieten einen sehr bequemen und rutschfesten Halt wodurch das Zielen deutlich angenehmer wird. Die Wangenauflage ist in der Höhe verstellbar und verfügt über insgesamt neun Positionen. Das Gewehr ist äusserst solide verarbeitet, bei den Materialien wurde nicht gespart. Das Chassis ist komplett CNC gefräst und viele kleine Details wie zum Beispiel das detailgetreue Gasstangensystem und der voll funktionsfähige Bolt-Catch. Die integrierten Montagemöglichkeiten für einen Sling erweisen sich darüber hinaus als äusserst nützlich. Obwohl die M14 noch aus den späten 50er Jahren stammt, wird sie nach wie vor sehr intensiv militärisch genutzt. Die auf der M14 basierende Mk14 EBR wurde im Jahr 2000 von den US Navy Seals in Auftrag gegeben und im Jahr 2004 Dienst gestellt, befinden sich zum heutigen Datum rund 5000 Stück im aktiven Dienst bei den Navy Seals, der Coast Guard und der US Army. Das US Marine Corps verwendet eine etwas modifizierte Version, die M39 Enhanced Marksman Rifle. Im Gegensatz zu den M4 und M16 Modellen hat die M14 mit der .308 Win Patrone eine deutlich höhere Durchschlagskraft und Reichweite, sie ist dadurch zu einem unverzichtbaren Bestandteil des Waffenarsenals amerikanischer Einheiten in Afghanistan geworden. Neu an dieser Waffe ist die Mikroschalter-Abzugseinheit mit Mosfet. Ähnlich einer ASCU hat man nun die Vorteile einer Switchunit mit Mikroschalter. Das außerhalb der Gearbox sitzende Mosfet ist für LiPo Batterien geeignet. Hier sollten ausschließlich qualitativ hochwertige Akkus die speziell für den Airsoft Bereich entwickelt wurden verwendet werden. Hohe Trigger Geschwindigkeit ist aber nicht der einzige Vorteil der ETU. Ein Akku ist im Lieferumfang nicht inbegriffen. Ein Ladegerät ist im Lieferumfang nicht inbegriffen.
