For sale from an estate is a Smith & Wesson revolver in caliber .22lr.

It is the model 617 Target Champion.
The serial number in the frame of the cylinder is "1", so 617-1.
The firing pin is integrated into the frame and not on the hammer.

The revolver bears a Belgian proof mark. We cannot determine its age.
However, the overall condition suggests that the revolver has been very little used.

Es handelt sich um das Modell 617 Target Champion.
Die Folgenummer im Arm der Trommel ist die "1" also 617-1.
Der Schlagbolzen ist im Frame integriert und nich am Hahn.

Der Revolver trägt einen belgischen Beschuss. Das Alter kann von uns nicht bestimmt werden.
Der Gesamtzustand lässt aber darauf schließen, dass der Revolver sehr wenig genutzt wurde.
