Reduction of wildlife accidents on roads The foam can be used both with the proven dosing device and with the supplied adapter. Mode of action: The scent fence is based on a special foam that is applied at accident hotspots. Through the action of UV radiation, the fine pores contained in the foam open, releasing the scent - a composition of odor components from wolf, lynx, deer, and human. The sensitizing effect of the scent fence is based on the interplay of the scent cocktail, road noise, and the movement of vehicles. Application: The scent fence can be easily set up by placing foam depots along the endangered roads or road sections (accident hotspots) on stakes, road boundaries, or trees. Once applied, the foam depot withstands the weather for up to 5 years. For optimal effectiveness of the scent fence, it is important to establish a continuous scent barrier between the road and the forest or meadow. Therefore, place the foam depots at intervals of about 5 meters parallel to the road edge on wooden stakes or trees in 2 staggered rows. A can of scent fence foam contains about 45 liters of foam. This is approximately equivalent to 200 tennis ball-sized foam balls. With one can of scent fence foam, approximately 500 meters of road can be protected. To maintain effectiveness, the foam depots must be replenished with scent fence concentrate at least twice a year. Note: Use biocides with caution. Reduzierung von Wildunfllen an Straen Der Schaum ist sowohl mit dem bewhrten Dosiergert wie auch mit dem mitgelieferten Adapter verwendbar. Wirkungsweise: Duftzaun basiert auf einem speziellen Schaum, der an Unfallschwerpunkten angewendet wird. Durch Einwirken der UV-Strahlung ffnen sich die im Schaum enthaltenen, feinen Poren, die den Duft - eine Komposition aus Geruchsbestandteilen von Wolf, Luchs, Br und Mensch freisetzen. Die sensibilisierende Wirkungsweise des Duftzauns beruht auf dem Zusammenspiel von Duftcocktail, Straenlrm und BeWegung der Fahrzeuge. Anwendung: Duftzaun lsst sich durch Anbringen von Schaumdepots entlang der gefhrdeten Straen oder Straenabschnitte (Unfallschwerpunkte) an Pflcken, Straenbegrenzungen oder Bumen einfach aufbauen. Das einmal ausgebrachte Schaumdepot hlt der Witterung bis zu 5 Jahren stand. Fr eine optimale Wirkung des Duftzaun ist es wichtig, eine durchgehende Duftbarriere zwischen Strae und Wald bzw. Wiese aufzubauen. Bringen Sie die Schaumdepots daher in Abstnden von ca. 5 Metern parallel zum Straenrand auf Holzpflcken oder Bumen in 2 versetzten Reihen an. Eine Dose Duftzaun-Schaum enthlt ca. 45 Liter Schaum. Dies entspricht in etwa 200 tennisballgroen Schaumbllen. Mit einer Dose Duftzaun -Schaum knnen somit ca. 500 Meter Strecke geschtzt werden. Zur Erhaltung der Wirksamkeit mssen die Schaumdepots mindestens zweimal im Jahr mit Duftzaun Konzentrat nachgeimpft werden. Hinweis: Biozide vorsichtig verwenden.
