Note on the offer (Used firearm on behalf of a customer)
This firearm is being sold on behalf of a customer from an estate.
It is a used firearm. The sale is therefore exempt from warranty and guarantee.
Important customer notice:
Due to the very high number of inquiries, we ask for your understanding that condition inquiries via email (e.g. "What is the condition?", "Is the firearm new or used?", "Does the firearm have scratches?" etc.) cannot be answered.
A viewing of the firearm is possible at any time by prior appointment at our location:

We also ask for your understanding that no further photos can be taken or sent.
Shipping within Germany is for a flat rate of 25 € and exclusively against presentation of a corresponding acquisition authorization (EWB).
The sale is subject to differential taxation according to § 25a UStG, as the firearm is sold on behalf of a customer.
A separate specification of VAT is therefore not possible.
Hinweis zum Angebot (Gebrauchtwaffe im Kundenauftrag)
Diese Waffe wird im Kundenauftrag aus einem Nachlass verkauft.
Es handelt sich um eine Gebrauchtwaffe. Der Verkauf erfolgt daher unter Ausschluss von Gewährleistung und Garantie.
Wichtiger Kundenhinweis:
Aufgrund der sehr hohen Anzahl an Anfragen bitten wir um Verständnis, dass Zustandsanfragen per E-Mail (z. B. „Wie ist der Zustand?“, „Ist die Waffe neu oder gebraucht?“, „Hat die Waffe Kratzer?“ etc.) nicht beantwortet werden können.
Eine Besichtigung der Waffe ist jederzeit nach vorheriger Terminvereinbarung bei uns vor Ort möglich:

Wir bitten außerdem um Verständnis, dass keine weiteren Fotos erstellt oder versendet werden können.
Der Versand innerhalb Deutschlands erfolgt für pauschal 25 € und ausschließlich gegen Vorlage einer entsprechenden Erwerbsberechtigung (EWB).
Der Verkauf erfolgt differenzbesteuert nach § 25a UStG, da die Waffe im Kundenauftrag verkauft wird.
Eine separate Ausweisung der Mehrwertsteuer ist daher nicht möglich.
