I am selling my Nordic exchange system .22lr here. The 10-round magazine and the manual are of course included. The WS has approximately 500 rounds through it, and I cannot recall any malfunctions. As a small tip, I shot with S+B Club, very accurate, no malfunctions, and available for under €5. There are no signs of use on the outside, but it is of course evident at the bolt that it is not new. It is being sold only because my wife has now acquired a Tippmann. The invoice from 15.11.2024 is of course included as well.
After the purchase, I would prefer if the buyer picks up the WS from me (I would also be willing to meet the buyer up to 100 km). Otherwise, I need proof of the buyer's eligibility to acquire (e.g., a copy of the firearms ownership card, including the issuing authority).
As I am a private seller, the following also applies: The sale is made under exclusion of any liability for material defects. This is a private sale, therefore no warranty, guarantee, return, or exchange.

ich verkaufe hier mein Nordic Wechselsystem .22lr. Das 10 Schuss-Magazin und die Anleitung sind natürlich dabei. Das WS hat ca. 500 Schuss durch und ich kann mich an keine Störung erinnern. Als kleiner Tipp, ich habe mit S+B Club geschossen, sehr genau, keine Störung und unter 5 € zu bekommen. Außen gibt es keine Gebrauchsspuren, am Verschluss ist natürlich zu erkennen, dass es nicht neu ist. Verkauft wird es nur, da sich meine Frau jetzt eine Tippmann zugelegt hat. Die Rechnung vom 15.11.2024 gibt es natürlich auch dazu.
Nach dem Kauf wäre es mir am liebsten, wenn der Käufer das WS bei mir abholt (würde dem Käufer auch bis zu 100 km entgegen kommen). Ansonsten benötige ich vom Käufer einen Nachweis der Erwerbsberechtigung (z.B. Kopie der WBK, inkl. ausstellende Behörde).
Da ich ein privater Verkäufer bin, muss folgendes auch noch sein: Der Verkauf erfolgt unter Ausschluss jeglicher Sachmängelhaftung. Dies ist ein Privatverkauf, daher keine Gewährleistung, Garantie, Rücknahme oder Umtausch.
