Mauser 77 - the drive hunting specialist
A true rarity - fewer than 4,000 pieces of this wonderful weapon were manufactured. Developed by Otto Repa. They are rarely offered. And here in the special version with rail in also collectible original condition.
Why the Mauser 77 is a drive hunting specialist - it can be reloaded particularly quickly due to the special locking mechanism with a recoil reduced by about 2cm and the 60° locking. Additionally, the weapon is not lightweight and can be shot very well freehand, absorbing the recoil well.
Almost as new condition, it shows slight traces from the cabinet. Flawless function.
Very good shooting performance, shot groups of 2cm.
Clear breaking trigger, the set trigger is actually not needed for the weapon, but is of course included.
Stock length standard, with magazine.
The scope is the classic all-round scope 2.5-10x52, newer design from Zeiss, reticle is the all-rounder 1. Best condition, lenses without scratches or other damages. If you do not want to take over the scope, the purchase price is reduced by €220.
Caliber 7x64, after the .308 and 30-06 hype, we are now moving to the 6.5mm calibers, followed by the 7mm again. With the 7x64 you are well equipped for everything in Europe. In the mountains as well as for drive hunting. My repeating rifles for big game hunting are only available in this caliber.
A carbine from the same house, also with rail etc., has found its way into my collection, another M77 is still in the cabinet, so I am now parting with this wonderful weapon.

As a supplement
The weapon is traditionally made of steel, including the magazine body, the magazine base seems to be aluminum. Plastic is apparently only found on the stock cap.
Stock length is standard and corresponds to the stock length of 36.5cm for normal weapons with a German set trigger. Since the trigger on the M77 does not have a German set trigger, it is set back about 1cm for better grip.
Locking mechanism is excellent, feeding and ejection after the shot flawless.
Oiled stock, no significant damages

The version with rail is the higher-priced variant of the M77 also with better wood class.
The weapon has no significant shooting stress, the barrel profile is sharp and free of corrosion. The barrel length is 61.5 cm.
The system length of the M77 is only available as standard, calibers like .308 and similar are not shorter than medium calibers like 7x64 and similar.

Mauser 77 - der Drückjagdspezialist
Eine echte Rarität - keine 4.000 Stück wurden von dieser wunderbaren Waffe gefertigt. Entwickelt von Otto Repa. Selten werden sie angeboten. Und hier in der besonderen Ausführung mit Laufschiene in auch sammelwürdigem Originalzustand.
Warum die Mauser 77 ein Drückjagdspezialist ist - sie lässt sich wegen der besonderen Verriegelung mit einem um gut 2cm geringen Rücklauf und der 60° Verriegelung besonders schnell Repetieren. Dazu ist die Waffe kein Leichtgewicht und lässt sich so auch sehr gut freihändig schießen und nimmt auch den Rückstoß gut auf.
Fast neuwertiger Zustand, leichte Spuren aus dem Schrank weist sie aus. Einwandfreie Funktion.
Sehr gute Schussleistung, Schusskreise von 2cm.
Klar brechender Abzug, den Stecher braucht man bei der Waffe eigentlich nicht, wird aber natürlich mitgeliefert.
Schaftlänge Standard, mit Magazin.
Zielfernrohr ist das klassische Allround ZF 2,5-10x52, neuere Bauart von Zeiss, Absehen ist der Allrounder 1. Bester Zustand, Linsen ohne Kratzer oder sonstige Beschädigungen. Wenn Sie das Zielfernrohr nicht übernehmen wollen, reduziert sich der Kaufpreis um 220€.
Kaliber 7x64, nach dem 308 und 30-06 Hipe geht es jetzt zu den 6,5mm Kalibern, anschließend kommen dann wieder die 7mm dran. Da ist man dann bestens ausgestattet. Mit der 7x64 sind Sie in Europa für alles bestens ausgestattet. Im Gebirge wie bei Drückjagd. Meine Repetierbüchsen für die Hochwildjagd sind nur in diesem Kaliber ausgeführt.
Ein Stutzen aus gleichem Hause, auch mit Schiene usw. hat bei mir Einzug gehalten, eine weitere M77 steht auch noch im Schrank, so gebe ich diese wunderbare Waffe jetzt ab.

Als Ergänzung
Die Waffe ist klassisch aus Stahl gefertigt, auch der Magazinkörper, der Magazinboden scheint Aluminium zu sein. Kunststoff findet sich offenbar nur an der Schaftkappe.
Schaftlänge ist Standard und entspricht bei normalen Waffen mit deutschem Stecher der Schaftlänge von 36,5cm. Da der Abzug bei der M77 keinen deutschen Stecher hat, ist der Abzug um etwa 1cm griffgünstiger zurückgesetzt.
Schlossgang ist excellent, Zuführung und Auswurf nach dem Schuss tadellos.
Ölschaft, keine nennenswerten Beschädigungen
Detailfotos können natürlich angefertigt werden.
Kein Versand ins Ausland, aber natürlich zu einem deutschen Exporteur, der dann den Export zu Ihnen übernimmt.
Die Ausführung mit Schiene ist die hochpreisigere Variante der M77 auch mit besserer Holzklasse.
Die Waffe hat keine nennenswerte Schussbelastung, das Laufprofil ist scharf und ohne Korrosion. Die Lauflänge beträgt 61,5 cm.
Die Systemlänge der M77 gibt es n.u.K. nur als Standard, Kaliber .308 u.ä. sind nicht kürzer als Mittelkaliber wie 7x64 u.ä.
