Due to the discontinuation of foreign hunting, I am selling this dream rifle on behalf of a friend. It is a Sauer 202 Take Down Elegance bolt-action rifle in caliber .300 Weatherby Magnum. The barrel length is 67cm and the muzzle features a muzzle brake. The barrel and casing are high-gloss polished and blued. Naturally, this barrel comes with a bolt featuring a sun cut and two magazines with high-gloss polished blued steel bases. The weapon was newly acquired in September 2010. It has a hunting stock in wood class 11 with a straight comb. To meet the demands of shooting at long distances, a telescoping rear butt plate was fitted by a very experienced gunsmith. This extends at the push of a button. A solution that is both ingenious and discreet. Additionally, there is a discreet attachment for a Harris bipod mounted on the fore-end. Precise shots at 600m are thus no problem. To enable this, a Swarovski DS 5-25x52P riflescope was newly acquired in June 2020 and mounted on the EAW swivel mount. The DS is programmed and zeroed up to 400m. Of course, more is possible if needed. To be able to hunt weaker game in the local area, an exchange barrel in caliber .30-06 was added in July 2012. It has the same finish as the magnum barrel. The corresponding bolt does not have a sun cut. This barrel comes with one magazine with a high-gloss polished steel base and one with a plastic base. A Schmidt&Bender Zenith 2.5-10x56 riflescope with reticle FD7 makes this combination universally applicable.
The stainless steel finish of the pistol grip adds the final touch of timeless elegance to this rifle. You will likely not find another rifle that is comparably beautiful, high-quality, and versatile. The weapon is transported with all accessories in the corresponding Sauer Take Down case.
The weapon is very well maintained but has also been used for hunting. Some marks on the stock testify to that.
(Show description in original language)Wegen Aufgabe der Auslandsjagd verkaufe ich hier im Auftrag eines Freundes diese Traumbüchse. Es handelt sich um eine Repetierbüchse Sauer 202 Take Down Elegance im Kaliber.300 Weatherby Magnum. Die Lauflänge beträgt 67cm und die Mündung trägt eine Mündungsbremse. Lauf und Hülse sind hochglanzpoliert und brüniert. Zu diesem Lauf gehört selbstverständlich ein Verschluss mit Sonnenschliff und zwei Magazine mit hochglanzpoliertem brünierten Stahlboden. Die Waffe wurde im September 2010 neu erworben. Verbaut wurde ein Jagdschaft in der Holzklasse 11 mit geradem Schaftrücken. Um den Anforderungen des Schusses auf große Distanzen gerecht zu werden, wurde von einem sehr versierten Büchsenmacher im Hinterschaft ein teleskopierbarer Hecksporn eingepasst. Dieser rutscht auf Knopfdruck aus dem Schaft. Eine ebenso geniale wie dezente Lösung. Zusätzlich ist am Vorderschaft eine dezente Anbindung für ein Harris Zweibein montiert. Präzise Schüsse auf 600m sind so kein Problem. Um diese zu ermöglichen, wurde im Juni 2020 ein Swarovski DS 5-25x52P Zielfernrohr neu erworben und auf der EAW Schwenkmontage montiert. Das DS ist bis 400m programmiert und eingeschossen. Natürlich geht da noch mehr, wenn benötigt. Um im heimischen Revier auf schwächeres Wild waidwerken zu können, wurde im Juli 2012 ein Austauschlauf im Kaliber .30-06 ergänzt. Er trägt das gleiche Finish wie der Magnumlauf. Der dazugehörige Verschluss trägt keinen Sonnenschliff. Zu diesem Lauf gehört ein Magazin mit hochglanzpoliertem Stahlboden und eins mit Kunststoffboden. Ein Schmidt&Bender Zenith 2,5-10x56 Zielfernrohr mit Absehen FD7 macht diese Kombination universell einsetzbar.
Der Edelstahlabschluss des Pistolengriffs setzt den letzten Akzent von zeitloser Eleganz an dieser Büchse. Eine vergleichbar schöne, hochwertige und universelle Waffe werden Sie wohl kein zweites Mal finden. Transportiert wird die Waffe mit allem Zubehör im dazugehörigen Sauer Take Down Koffer.
Die Waffe ist sehr gepflegt, wurde aber auch jagdlich geführt. Einige Spuren am Schaft zeugen davon.
