The Reck PK 800 is an authentic Walther PPK copy.
This model with the PTB 196 received its PTB approval in the late 1970s under the most liberal gun laws and features a thick barrel made of solid steel with a thin, non-visible barrel obstruction (sharp muzzle) and no weakening of the chamber, unlike the subsequent PTB 196/2 shortly thereafter. One can imagine the reasons for this, as it is identical to the Reck PK except for the barrel and magazine.
This weapon was approved and state-tested at a time when 8mm blank ammunition still developed a gas pressure of 600 Bar. Therefore, these weapons were even subjected to a load of 900 Bar during state proofing. Accordingly, these weapons are processed to be very stable and of high quality. Nowadays, this is unthinkable, but once a PTB mark has been received, it remains legal.
The pistol still has the beautiful high-gloss bluing of that time, which unfortunately can no longer be found in current models.
With its extremely authentic appearance and sharp muzzle view, it is the ideal weapon for self-defense. Everyone knows the look of a Walther PPK, and no one would think that this is not a live weapon. Deterrence is known to be the best defense.

Die Reck PK 800 ist eine originalgetreue Walther PPK-Kopie.
Dieses Modell mit der PTB 196 bekam Ende der 70er Jahre unter liberalsten Waffengesetzen seine PTB-Zulassung und besitzt einen dicken Lauf aus Vollstahl mit einer dünnen, von vorne nicht zu erkennenden Laufsperre (scharfe Mündung) und keine Schwächung des Patronenlagers, wie schon kurze Zeit darauf bei der Nachfolge-PTB 196/2. Die Gründe dafür kann man sich denken, da bis auf Lauf und Magazin identisch mit Reck PK.
Diese Waffe wurde zu einer Zeit zugelassen und staatlich beschossen, in der 8mm Knall-Munition noch 600 Bar Gasdruck entwickelte. Daher wurden diese Waffen im staatlichen Beschuss sogar einer Belastung von 900 Bar ausgesetzt. Entsprechend stabil und wertig sind diese Waffen verarbeitet. Heutzutage undenkbar aber was einmal ein PTB-Zeichen erhalten hat, bleibt legal.
Die Pistole hat noch die wunderschöne Hochglanzbrünierung der damaligen Zeit, die man heute bei den aktuellen Modellen leider nirgends mehr findet.
Durch die extrem authentische Optik mit der scharfen Mündungsansicht ist sie die ideale Waffe zur Selbstverteidigung. Die Optik einer Walther PPK kennt jeder und hier würde niemand auf den Gedanken kommen, dass es sich nicht um eine scharfe Waffe handelt. Abschreckung ist bekanntlich die beste Verteidigung.
Die Waffe ist in einem Top Zustand! Vitrinenteil!
Die Funktion wurde im Trockentest überprüft.
In diesem Erhaltungszustand wohl kaum mehr zu bekommen. Zum Führen wird ein kleiner Waffenschein benötigt. P18
Die Pistole wird geliefert wie beschrieben und abgebildet, jedoch da privat, nach EU-Recht als gebraucht unter Ausschluss der Gewährleistung.
