The B&T Print-X RBS suppressor is part of the large suppressor family of the renowned Swiss manufacturer and the latest development using state-of-the-art laser sintering manufacturing processes. The suppressors of the Print-X line are made from Inconel, a high-temperature resistant nickel-iron alloy, or titanium, allowing these suppressors to withstand fully automatic shooting - all suppressors in the Print-X RBS line are tested to military standards and can endure high volumes of fire without damage, and are currently the only 3D-printed suppressors that meet strict military requirements.
The Print-X designed for MSR (Modern Sporting Rifle) and authorities comes in 3 sizes: Full Size, Compact & Sub-Compact. The diameter is the same for all 3 models - 44mm - only the length varies. Accordingly, the more compact models have slightly lower suppression performance than the standard model.
These suppressors are offered by us as standard in RBS - Reduced Back Pressure. This technology generates less back pressure in the suppressor and is also known as "flow", "high flow" or "flow through". A suppressor with this technology works with semi-automatic rifles without an adjustable gas block, as the bolt speed is not, or only marginally, increased. However, such a suppressor is somewhat louder, or does not suppress the noise as effectively, since part of the gases is diverted forward for pressure reduction. The strain on the shooter is significantly lower, which is a considerable positive health factor, especially in enclosed ranges.
This version of the Print-X consists only of the suppressor body and the HUB interface with 1.375"-24 thread for the corresponding adapters. This offers the shooter a wide variety of models so that the suppressor can be attached to the muzzle device of their choice. The adapters MUST ALWAYS be glued! If the adapter is not glued, it will loosen during shooting. The bonding in the suppressor / blast deflector is done with Rocksett - NOT with regular thread lockers! If the suppressor is purchased together with a suitable adapter from us, we can perform the installation free of charge upon request.

Please note: All systems require a corresponding muzzle brake or flash suppressor. For the Print-X made of Inconel, the adapter is made of coated rust-resistant steel, while for the Print-X made of titanium, the adapter is also made of titanium. The BoreLock variant requires the tooth ring and therefore does NOT work on the muzzle devices of Silent Steel or similar models without a tooth ring.

Der B&T Print-X RBS Schalldämpfer ist Teil der großen Schalldämpferfamilie des renommierten Schweizer Herstellers und die neueste Entwicklung mit modernsten Lasersinter Herstellungsverfahren. Die Schalldämpfer der Print-X Linie bestehen aus Inconel, einer hochtemperaturbeständigen Nickel-Eisen-Legierung, oder Titan wodurch diese Schalldämpfer selbst vollautomatisches Schießen überstehen - alle Schalldämpfer der Print-X RBS Linie sind nach militärischen Standards geprüft und überstehen auch ein hohes Feuervolumen ohne Schäden und sind aktuell die einzigen 3D-gedruckten Schalldämpfer welche die strengen militärischen Anforderungen erfüllen.
Die für MSR (Modern Sporting Rifle) und Behörden ausgelegten Print-X gibt es in 3 Größen:
Full Size, Compact & Sub-Compact. Der Durchmesser ist bei allen 3 Modellen der Gleiche - 44mm - nur die Länge variiert. Entsprechend haben die kompakteren Modelle eine etwas geringere Dämpfungsleistung als das Standardmodell.
Diese Schalldämpfer werden von uns Standard als RBS - Reduced Back Pressure - angeboten. Diese Technologie erzeugt weniger Rückstau im Dämpfer und ist auch als "flow", "high flow" oder "flow through" bekannt. Ein Dämpfer mit dieser Technologie funktioniert bei Selbstladebüchsen ohne eine verstellbare Gasabnahme, weil die Verschlussgeschwindigkeit nicht, oder nur marginal, erhöht wird. Allerdings ist ein solcher Dämpfer etwas lauter, bzw. dämpft den Knall nicht so stark ab, da ein Teil der Gase zur Druckreduzierung nach vorne abgeleitet wird. Die Belastung des Schützen ist dagegen deutlich geringer, was vor allem auf geschlossenen Ständen ein nicht zu unterschätzender positiver Gesundheitsfaktor ist.
Diese Ausführung des Print-X besteht nur aus dem Schalldämpferkorpus und der HUB-Schnittstelle mit 1.375"-24 Gewinde für die entsprechenden Adapter. Dies bietet dem Schützen eine breite Modellvielfalt damit der Schalldämpfer auf den Mündungsaufsatz Ihrer Wahl befestigt werden kann. Die Adapter müssen IMMER verklebt werden! Wird der Adapter nicht verklebt, lockert er sich beim schießen. Die Verklebung im Schalldämpfer / Blast Deflector erfolgt mit Rocksett - NICHT mit normalen Schraubensicherungen!

Bitte beachten:
Alle Systeme benötigen eine entsprechende Mündungsbremse bzw. Mündungsfeuerdämpfer. Bei den Print-X aus Inconel besteht der Adapter aus beschichteten rostträgen Stahl, bei den Print-X aus Titan besteht der Adapter ebenfalls aus Titan.
Die BoreLock Variante benötigt den Zahnkranz und funktioniert daher NICHT auf den Mündungsaufsätzen von Silent Steel oder ähnlichen Modellen ohne Zahnkranz.
