The distance ring for the X-Series provides additional support at the barrel and serves as protection, ensuring that the suppressor and the thread on the weapon are not damaged in the event of an accident. The barrel mount is a standard accessory for the X-Series and is included with every new model (X108, X149, XE108 & XE149).

The distance ring for the X-Series must be adapted to the weapon, see the installation instructions below. The distance ring is supplied with a standard hole diameter of approximately 13mm, which is too small for any barrel and must be adjusted to the barrel. Exceptions are models with M14x1 and M15x1 threads, which are supplied with a hole diameter of 18mm.
For a smoother transition from the barrel to the suppressor, we recommend the conical barrel mount.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Distance Ring X-Series
The distance ring is mounted directly on the back of the suppressor. Before mounting the distance ring, it must be adapted to the respective weapon. The "hole diameter" of the distance ring should always be 0.5-0.7 mm larger than the diameter of the barrel; note that the dimension of the barrel must be measured where the barrel mount is positioned during the installation of the suppressor: X108 / X149 = approximately 130mm measured from the muzzle of the barrel, XE108 / XE149 = approximately 160mm measured from the muzzle of the barrel.
Once the distance ring is adapted to the weapon, it is mounted at the rear of the suppressor. Attach the distance ring only by hand. Mount the suppressor with the distance ring and check that the adjustment is correct; the distance ring should never touch the barrel at any point.
IMPORTANT: A distance ring that touches the barrel and/or is stuck affects the barrel vibrations and the point of impact, meaning accuracy is limited.

MONTAGEANLEITUNG Distanzring X-Serie
Der Distanzring ist direkt auf der Rückseite des Schalldämpfers montiert.
Vor der Montage des Distanzringes muss dieser an die jeweilige Waffe angepasst werden. Der "Bohrungsdurchmesser" des Distanzringes sollte immer 0,5-0,7 mm größer sein als der Durchmesser des Laufes, beachten Sie, dass die Dimension des Laufes dort gemessen werden muss, wo die Laufhalterung bei der Montage des Schalldämpfers positioniert ist: X108 /X149 = ca. 130mm gemessen von der Mündung des Laufes, XE108 / XE149 = ca. 160mm gemessen von der Mündung des Laufes.
Wenn der Distanzring an die Waffe angepasst ist, wird er im hinteren Teil des Schalldämpfers montiert. Befestigen Sie den Distanzring nur von Hand.
Montieren Sie den Schalldämpfer mit dem Distanzring und überprüfen Sie, ob die Einstellung in Ordnung ist, der Distanzring sollte niemals den Lauf an irgendeiner Stelle berühren.
WICHTIG: Ein Distanzring, der den Lauf berührt und/oder festsitzt, beeinflusst die Laufschwingungen und das Trefferbild bzw. die Genauigkeit ist begrenzt.
