HERA H6 /Version 1.1The HERA H6 repeating rifle is the result of several years of development to adapt a side-loading system based on our H7 platform. The result is one of the most modern and leading hunting or sporting rifles of today in caliber .223 REM or 300 BLK. With the modular M-Lok forend, it is perfect for sitting or for mounting bipods/target tripods and is also compatible with all forends of the AR15 series manufactured by HERA GmbH, ensuring high modularity and compatibility. For example, handguards with genuine leather wrapping can be used, which further increases grip. For compact and space-saving transport, the H6 comes standard with a folding stock adapter. Additionally, the HERA H6 features a polymer cheek rest and a 10-round magazine produced in-house. To further enhance functionality, a folding stock adapter can be purchased as an accessory to fold the rear stock 180 degrees. The H6 is also perfectly suited for mounting the HERA LINK system for the attachment of sound suppressors from various manufacturers. Furthermore, the H6 system already includes a Picatinny rail mounted on the system housing as well as an A2 compensator. The H6 is available in the colors black, sand, and olive green.PRODUCTIONWith the exception of the trigger, all components are manufactured in Germany at the HERA location in Lower Franconia/Bavaria. Here we can realize short production times, continuous in-house quality management, and cross-departmental cooperation. As with our other products, we also rely on uncompromising quality made in Germany.SYSTEMThe H6 system features a steel housing, a one-piece bolt sleeve, and a laser-welded chamber rod. Our bolt has a forced-controlled T-extractor that allows for both safe extraction and maximum bearing surfaces of the bolt lugs. The safety concept of a mini-system has been uncompromisingly implemented in all areas. Despite the steel construction, the additional weight has been limited to approximately 200 grams. Furthermore, the final version of the H6 features a screwed barrel, which ensures an extremely rigid connection as well as allows for repeatable adjustment of the bolt spacing. In conjunction with the form- and force-locking mounted Picatinny rail, this results in a maximum degree of rigidity, which is reflected in a correspondingly high precision of the weapon.TRIGGERFor the production of one of the core components, we are pleased to have secured the company RECKNAGEL for our trigger, one of the most renowned companies in the firearms industry in the German market. The company RECKNAGEL has many years of experience in the development and manufacture of high-precision triggers for various systems. The optimized H6 trigger features a safety that can be operated with the trigger finger and is likely one of the best standard triggers that can be installed, both technically and qualitatively. All triggers for our H6 system are manufactured by RECKNAGEL at their location in Bergrheinfeld. HERA H6 /Version 1.1Das HERA H6 Repetiergewehr ist das Ergebnis einer mehrjährigen Entwicklung zur Adaptierung eines Seitenladersystems auf unserer H7 Basis. Das Ergebnis ist eines der modernsten und führigsten Jagd- bzw. Sportgewehre der heutigen Zeit im Kaliber .223 REM bzw. 300 BLK. Durch den modularen M-Lok Vorderschaft ist es perfekt für den Ansitz oder zur Montage von Zweibein / Zielstativ geeignet und ist zudem kompatibel mit allen von HERA GmbH gefertigten Vorderschäften der AR15 Serie was hohe Modularität und Kompatibilität gewährleistet. So können u. A. Handschütze mit Echtlederwicklung genutzt werden was die Griffigkeit weiter erhöht. Für den kompakten und platzsparenden Transport verfügt das H6 über einen Klappschaftadapter im Standard. Zudem verfügt das Hera H6 über eine Polymer-Wangenauflage sowie ein 10 Schuss Magazin aus eigener Produktion. Um die Funktionalität weiter zu erhöhen kann im Zubehör ein Klappschaftadapter erworben werden um den Hinterschaft um 180 Grad abzuklappen. Das H6 ist darüber hinaus perfekt geeignet zur Montage des HERA LINK Systems zur Aufnahme von Schalldämpfern diverser Hersteller.Ebenso verfügt das H6 System bereits über eine auf dem Systemgehäuse montierte Picatinny-Schiene sowie einen A2 Kompensator. Erhältlich ist das H6 in den Farben Schwarz, Sandfarben und Olivgrün.PRODUKTIONMit Ausnahme des Abzuges, werden alle Komponenten in Deutschland am HERA-Standort in Unterfranken/Bayern gefertigt. Hier können wir kurze Produktionszeiten, ein durchgehendes Qualitätsmanagement im Haus und Abteilungsübergreifende Kooperation realisieren. Wie bei unseren anderen Produkten setzen wir auch hier auf kompromisslose Qualität made in Germany.SYSTEMDas H6 System verfügt über ein Systemgehäuse aus Stahl, eine einteilige Verschlusshülse und einen Laserverschweißten Kammerstengel. Unser Verschluss verfügt über einen zwangsgesteuerten T – Auszieher der sowohl ein sicheres Ausziehen als auch maximale Auflageflächen der Verschlusswarzen ermöglicht. Das Sicherheitskonzept eines Mini-Systems wurde in allen Bereichen kompromisslos umgesetzt. Trotz Stahlkonstruktion wurde das Mehrgewicht auf ca. 200 Gramm begrenzt. Darüber hinaus verfügt die finale Version des H6 über einen verschraubten Lauf, der sowohl eine äußerst steife Verbindung gewährleistet wie auch eine wiederholgenaue Einstellung der Verschlussabstände ermöglicht. In Verbindung mit der form- und kraftschlüssig montierten Picatinny-Schiene ergibt sich hier ein Maximalmaß an Steifigkeit welches sich in einer der Waffe entsprechend hohen Präzision widerspiegelt.ABZUGZur Fertigung einer der Kernkomponenten freuen wir uns für unseren Abzug die Firma RECKNAGEL, eine der renommiertesten Firmen in der Waffenbranche auf dem Deutschen Markt, gewinnen zu können.
