A-TEC A-Lock Mini Thread Adapter 11/16"x24 TPI
With the A-LOCK Mini quick-release thread adapter, the silencer can be attached or removed with just a 60° turn in less than a second. Additionally, the system allows the use of the silencer on multiple weapons with the same caliber but different barrel threads. The very robust design holds tighter and has longer service life than a conventional thread. The A-LOCK Mini adapters are designed to fit most existing thread sizes on the weapon side without any modifications. To prevent accidental loosening, it is recommended to secure the adapter with the addition of a thread locker (Loctite® or similar). Please note that the adapters are not included in the silencer delivery and must be purchased separately.
MONTAGE INFO FOR ATTACHING THE A-LOCK MINI THREAD ADAPTER
If you own a silencer with the A-LOCK screw system, it is important to ensure that the A-LOCK Mini adapter is correctly attached to the barrel! We therefore recommend having this done by a gunsmith using the A-LOCK MINI TOOL.
Check that the weapon is unloaded and remove the bolt.
De-grease/Clean the thread on the A-LOCK Mini adapter as well as on the barrel.
Apply a thread locker (Loctite® 638) to the barrel thread.
Attach the A-LOCK Mini adapter to the barrel using the A-LOCK MINI TOOL special tool and moderate torque (6-8 Nm) and tighten it. Do not apply excessive force, as this may damage the A-LOCK Mini thread.
Remove any excess adhesive.
Wait briefly until the adhesive is dry and apply grease to the adapter.
Screw the silencer onto the barrel a few times and back off, checking the fit and alignment.

Durch den A-LOCK Mini Schnellspann-Gewindeadapter kann der Schalldämpfer mit einer Drehung von nur 60° in weniger als einer Sekunde befestigt oder abgenommen werden. Ausserdem ermöglicht das System die Nutzung des Dämpfers auf mehreren kalibergleichen Waffen mit unterschiedlichen Laufgewinden. Das sehr robuste Design hält fester und besitzt längere Standzeiten als ein konventionelles Gewinde. Die A-LOCK Mini Adapter sind so konzipiert, dass sie waffenseitig auf die meisten bereits vorhandenen Gewindemaße ohne jegliche Veränderungen passen. Um ein versehentliches Lösen zu verhindern wird empfohlen, den Adapter mit Zugabe einer Schraubensicherung (Loctite® o.ä.) zu befestigen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Adapter nicht im Schalldämpfer-Lieferumfang enthalten sind und separat erworben werden müssen.
MONTAGE-INFO ZUR BEFESTIGUNG DES A-LOCK MINI GEWINDEADAPTERS
Wenn Sie einen Schalldämpfer mit dem A-LOCK Schraubsystem besitzen, muss darauf geachtet werden, dass der A-LOCK Mini-Adapter korrekt am Lauf befestigt ist! Wir empfehlen daher, dies von einem Büchsenmacher mit dem A-LOCK MINI TOOL durchführen zu lassen.
Überprüfen Sie, ob die Waffe entladen ist und entfernen Sie den Verschuss.
Entfetten/Reinigen Sie das Gewinde am A-LOCK Mini Adapter sowie am Lauf.
Tragen Sie eine Schraubensicherung (Loctite® 638) auf das Laufgewinde auf.
Befestigen Sie den A-LOCK Mini Adapter mit dem A-LOCK MINI TOOL Spezialwerkzeug und mäßigem Drehmoment (6-8 Nm) am Lauf und ziehen Sie ihn fest. Wenden Sie keine übermäßige Kraft an, da sonst das A-LOCK Mini-Gewinde beschädigt werden kann.
Entfernen Sie den überschüssigen Kleber.
Warten Sie kurz bis der Kleber trocken ist und tragen Sie Fett auf den Adapter auf.
Schrauben Sie den Schalldämpfer einige Male auf den Lauf und wieder herunter und überprüfen Sie den Sitz sowie die Ausrichtung.
