Measure distance and hold point at all distances
The BDX optics system represents a revolutionary interplay between riflescope and rangefinder. The greatest advantage is an automatically corrected hold point for the shot at any distance in any terrain. No more estimating distances and holding over, but measuring distance, aiming at the spot, and hitting. The corrected hold point moves on the reticle and takes into account shooting distance, atmospheric influences, shooting angle, and the ballistics of all common calibers and loadings at the push of a button. In addition to conventional use as a riflescope, this Sig Sauer optic offers you the possibility to connect your scope with a BDX compatible laser rangefinder. With the laser rangefinder, you measure the distance, after which the ballistic data is calculated according to the ammunition and sent to the riflescope. You will now see a new hold point on the scope that corresponds to the point of impact at the respective distance. The coupling is done via an app on your phone, where you can configure your rangefinder and/or your riflescope to the exact ammunition type and environmental conditions.
With the newly installed BDX 2.0, however, you can also choose the simpler setup without an app. Quickly connect your rangefinder and your riflescope with pre-set ballistic groups that cover almost all available calibers.

This is how the BDX system works:
1. Download the app
Install the app for iOS or Android and select the loading. Transmit information to the KILO1800 BDX rangefinder.
2. Connect products
The app Ballistic Data Xchange connects the KILO1800 BDX rangefinder with the SIERRA3 BDX riflescope via Bluetooth.
3. Successfully hunt
The BDX rangefinder measures and communicates the distance to the BDX riflescope. The reticle immediately shows the new hold point to enable spot holding.
Entfernung messen und Fleckhalten auf alle Distanzen
Das BDX Optik-System steht für ein revolutionäres Zusammenspiel von Zielfernrohr und Rangefinder. Der größte Vorteil ist ein automatisch korrigierter Haltepunkt für den Schuss auf jede Distanz in jedem Gelände. Kein Entfernungsschätzen und Drüberhalten, sondern Entfernung messen, Fleck zielen und treffen. Der korrigierte Haltepunkt wandert auf dem Absehen und berücksichtigt dabei Schussentfernung, atmosphärische Einflüsse, Schusswinkel und die Ballistik aller gängigen Kaliber und Laborierungen auf Knopfdruck. Zusätzlich zur herkömmlichen Nutzung als Zielfernrohr, bietet dir diese Sig Sauer Optik die Möglichkeit dein ZF mit einem BDX kompatiblen Laserentfernungsmesser zu verbinden. Mit dem Laser-Entfernungsmesser misst du die Entfernung, woraufhin die ballistischen Daten dann entsprechend der Munition berechnet und an das Zielfernrohr gesendet werden. Auf dem ZF siehst du nun einen neuen Haltepunkt, der dem Treffpunkt auf der jeweiligen Distanz entspricht. Die Kopplung erfolgt via App auf dem Handy, in der du deinen Entfernungsmesser und/oder dein Zielfernrohr auf den exakten Munitionstyp und Umgebungsverhältnisse konfigurieren kannst.
Mit dem hier installiertem neuen BDX 2.0 kannst du dich allerdings auch für die einfachere Einrichtung ohne App entscheiden. Verbinde deinen Entfernungsmesser und dein Zielfernrohr schnell mit voreingestellten ballistischen Gruppen, die fast alle erhältlichen Kaliber abdecken.

3. Erfolgreich Jagen
Der BDX Rangefinder misst und kommuniziert die Entfernung an das BDX Zielfernrohr. Das Absehen zeigt sofort den neuen Haltepunkt an, um Fleck halten zu können.
