The result is a very high-quality cutting tool for the table that combines functionality, elegance, and aesthetics. Entstanden ist ein sehr hochwertiges Schneidwerkzeug für die Tafel, das Funktionalität, Eleganz und Ästhetik miteinander verbindet. Die gesamte Linienführung und das schwarze Micarta der mit rotem Fiber unterlegten Griffschalen sprechen für sich und drücken unseren hohen Anspruch an das Design aus. Das Messer besitzt eine komplett durch den Griff gehende Klinge aus deutschem, rostfreiem Qualitätsstahl nach DIN 1.4116 (X50CrMoV15) mit einer Härte von 57-59 HRC.
