Sale only to authorized purchasers according to §10 WaffG (WBK with ammunition acquisition for .308 Win) or to holders of a valid hunting license according to §13 WaffG. Sale only to persons aged 18 and over. No delivery abroad. Private sale excluding liability for material defects to the legally permissible extent. Sale exclusively against presentation and documentation of the acquisition authorization (WBK with ammunition acquisition or valid hunting license) as well as official identification. In case of shipping, the authorization will be checked in advance; delivery only personally to the authorized recipient with identity check.

Hazardous goods UN 0012 – Cartridges, small arms – Class 1.4S. Shipping exclusively via an approved hazardous goods courier with identity verification (e.g., Overnite). Packaging in UN-approved hazardous goods packaging (e.g., 4G/Y) according to ADR P131, correct 1.4S labeling. Estimated shipping costs within Germany: approx. 61.00 € (insured, legally compliant, delivery time window 09:00 to 17:00.
