Handguard and G3 grip in black sold together as a set. The pistol grip is not from AC-Unity but the early version of the G3 grip.
I had acquired it as an option, but I find it visually too dark and modern, which is why I am sorting these pieces out.
Nevertheless, it has an interesting, coherent retro design and is carefully crafted. A modern and affordable alternative to the luxury components from Heckler & Koch. The handguard has two larger ventilation openings on each side in porthole optics.
A bipod was once attached to the handguard, which by the way looked very cool and felt really great.
Strangely, the legs of the bipod seem to fit better with the AC Unity handguard than with the normal green trapezoidal handguard, I noticed. The legs seem to find their place in the recesses more easily and also want to stay solidly in place. Why that is, I can only speculate. I think it has to do with the grooved surface of the part.
Condition:
Handguard in excellent condition, no scratches or other visible signs of use. Only the paint in the bipod groove is somewhat scratched, as a bipod was mounted here.
The grip is in good condition, but clearly used and a bit dusty inside (see pictures).

Handschutz und G3 Griffstück in schwarz zusammen als Set. Der Pistolengriff ist nicht von AC-Unity sondern die frühe Variante des G3 Griffs.
Hatte ich mir mal als Option zugelegt, ist mir aber aber optisch zu düster und modern, weswegen ich die Stücke aussortiere.
Dennoch interessantes, stimmiges Retro Design und gewissenhaft verarbeitet. Eine moderne und preisgünstige Alternative zu den Luxus-Bauteilen von Heckler & Koch. Der Handschutz hat seitlich jeweils zwei größere Lüftungsdurchlässe in Bullaugenoptik.
An dem Handschutz war mal ein Zweibein angebracht, was übrigens sehr cool aussah und sich auch wirklich geil anfühlte.
Seltsamerweise liegen die Beine des Zweibeins beim AC Unity Handschutz irgendwie auch besser an als beim normalen grünen Trapezhandschutz ist mir aufgefallen. Die Beine scheinen hier einfacher ihren Platz in den Aussparungen zu finden und auch solider an Ort und Stelle bleiben zu wollen.. Warum das so ist kann ich nur mutmaßen. Ich denke es liegt an der gerillten Oberfläche des Teils.
Zustand:
Handschutz hervorragend, keine Kratzer oder sonstige ersichtlichen Gebrauchsspuren. Nur der Lack in der Zweibein Rille ist natürlich etwas zerkratz, da hier ein solches montiert war.
Der Griff ist in gutem Zustand, allerdings deutlich begriffen und innen etwas staubig (siehe Bilder).
