As soon as someone is interested in your offer, you will receive a purchase request message to your user account as well as an e-mail to the address you have entered. Attention: As a seller you are obliged to check the eligibility of buyers!

Offer free weapons

On Gunfinder, in addition to "live" weapons, Free Weapons can also be sold. Free weapons include air rifles and pistols with the mark "F in a pentagon", alarm guns and much more (evlt link).

With free weapons it is important to check whether the buyer is of age!

Offering knives, equipment and clothing

On Gunfinder can be offered any equipment in the field of hunting, sport shooting and outdoor, so also knives, ammunition and tools for the hunting area.

There are no fees for selling on Gunfinder.

Can I offer decorative weapons on Gunfinder?

Can I offer parts of weapons on Gunfinder?

Yes, besides complete weapons also parts of weapons can be offered. For the offerer it is to be considered whether it concerns substantial weapon parts!

Essential parts of firearms are legally equivalent to firearms. This means, for example, that you are not allowed to purchase any of these parts if you are not authorized to do so. If one is authorized to acquire and comes into possession of an essential part, this must be entered in the weapons ownership card.

Whoever offers essential weapon parts must proceed in the same way as when selling whole weapons. Thus, among other things, the verification of the right to acquire belongs to the duties of the transferor.

Goods have been sold, but the buyer does not report / does not pay. What to do?

Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for both buyers and sellers to take their time in responding to inquiries. However, if there is no response after a few days and no payment has been received, you can report the buyer to us- whereupon we will inform the buyer by message that he has received a message. As long as no contract of sale has been signed, you are also free to sell the item to another interested party.

Goods have already been shipped, but the buyer does not contact us / does not pay. What to do?

Here, too, it may take a few days until the buyer responds. We would ask you here again for patience. Please note that the booking of the money as well as the shipping of the goods can take a few days. Please give the seller some time to get the item to the post office - especially with weapons, many private sellers have little experience and are especially careful.

However, if you are waiting an unreasonable amount of time for a response from the buyer and do not receive any clarifying feedback, proceed as follows:

1. Set a final deadline for the seller to send the goods or return the money.
2. Report the buyer to us so that we can verify it.
3. File a criminal complaint with the police stating all exchanged data such as ad number, bank data of the seller, phone number, message exchange.
