The locking head of the Sauer 404 left is made of high-quality steel and machined from a single piece.

It locks using six locking lugs directly in the barrel and withstands the highest loads.

The modular SAUER principle allows all calibers to be fired from just one weapon. Switching from standard to magnum or mini caliber is easily possible. Only the locking head at the end of the chamber and the barrel need to be exchanged. This requires only a few simple steps and the best part: the Sauer 404 shoots absolutely consistently even after the barrel change.

Der Verschlusskopf der Sauer 404 links ist aus hochwertigem Stahl gefertigt und aus einem Stück gefräst.

Er verriegelt mittels sechs Verriegelungs-Warzen direkt im Lauf und hält höchsten Belastungen Stand.

Das modulare SAUER-Prinzip erlaubt, dass aus nur einer Waffe alle Kaliber geschossen werden können. Der Wechsel vom Standard- zum Magnum- oder Minikaliber ist problemlos möglich. Lediglich der Verriegelungskopf am Ende der Kammer und der Lauf müssen getauscht werden. Dafür bedarf es nur weniger Handgriffe und das Beste: die Sauer 404 schießt auch nach dem Laufwechsel absolut wiederkehrgenau.
