When borrowing, the temporary transfer of a firearm and / or ammunition subject to licensing in accordance with § 38 para 1 No. 1 e (WaffG) is in addition to this acquisition authorization to carry the identity card and loan certificate, which shows the name of the lender, the borrower entitled to temporary possession and the date. Attention. Thevalidity of the loan certificate is limited to one month. The date of issue is written on the loan certificate.
