French Épée bayonet Model 1886 (Mle 1886), colloquially often called "Rosalie". Characteristic for this model are the square (cross-shaped) blade, the bright metal grip - often made of nickel silver - as well as the distinctive forward-curved guard with hook.
It historically belongs to the following French rifles:
- Lebel rifle (Fusil Modèle 1886): For this revolutionary infantry rifle – the world's first military rifle for smokeless powder
- Berthier rifles and carbines: Later rifle models of the French military (like the Modèle 1907/15) were designed to accept the same Mle 1886 bayonet
The price is negotiable. However, please remain realistic.

Charakteristisch für dieses Modell sind die vierkantige (kreuzförmige) Klinge, der helle Metallgriff - oft aus Neusilber - sowie die markante, nach vorne gebogene Parierstange mit Haken.
Es gehört historisch zu den folgenden französischen Gewehren:
- Lebel-Gewehr (Fusil Modèle 1886): Für dieses revolutionäre Infanteriegewehr – das weltweit erste Militärgewehr für raucharmes Pulver
- Berthier-Gewehre und Karabiner: Spätere Gewehrmodelle des französischen Militärs (wie das Modèle 1907/15) wurden so konstruiert, dass sie dasselbe Mle 1886 Bajonett aufnehmen konnten
