One does not have to forgo the excellent optical performance that Swarovski is known for, despite the compact dimensions. The HD optics reduce color fringes and thus provide maximum contrasts, while the field-flattener lenses create perfect image sharpness to the edge. A special coating allows for true-to-life, color-accurate, and bright images.
With the exceptionally large wide-angle field of view of 133 m, the hunter can optimally monitor their surroundings while stalking or from the high seat. Game becomes visible to the hunter more quickly, allowing for more precise targeting. Thanks to the typical distance to the exit pupil for this model series, eyeglass wearers also benefit 100% from the excellent optical quality.
Of course, the EL 8.5x42 is waterproof. It promises reliability and unrestricted performance from -25 °C to 55 °C and is therefore also excellently suited for extreme weather conditions. The outer lens coating with anti-stick properties makes it easier to clean dirt and water spots.
