The special gas piston system allows for a relatively long-lasting constant energy and thus incredible repeat accuracy in the hit pattern. The design of the Gamo Hunter Maxxim IGT in caliber 5.5mm promises a pleasant fit against the shoulder. The recoil is significantly absorbed by the rubber coating and the ventilated butt pad, while maintaining focus on the aimed target. The SAT trigger can be individually adjusted by the shooter in the first stage. Depending on preference, the travel to the pressure point can be shortened or lengthened. The included Gamo 4x32 scope is, of course, mounted on the patented Recoil Reducing Rail, which largely absorbs the recoil and protects the scope. Finally, the integrated two-chamber suppressor Whisper Maxxim promises the best possible sound reduction combined with an incredible design. This new and patented damping technology reduces not only the sound but also the recoil and is integrated into the barrel with a knurled polymer jacket.

Diese neue und patentierte Dämpfungstechnologie verringert neben dem Schall auch gleichzeitig den Rückstoß und ist mit einem kannelierten Polymermantel in den Lauf integriert.
