The offered cannon is a device, a firecracker with valid official proof of testing.
Firecrackers can be purchased without a permit - from 18 years old!

The firecracker cannon is made of stainless steel and wood.
The cannon barrel and the fittings are made of stainless steel 1.4301, the carriage and wheels are made of wood, which is treated with a stain.
Also included are 3 cartridges

each additional cartridge at €55
