The Blaser R8 bolt-action rifle is among the most popular bolt-action rifles due to its combination of precision, reliability, and elegance. The version as "R8 Intuition" is specifically designed for female hunters – here a left-handed shooter. In the modular world of Blaser, this stock and the R8 system provide the suitable foundation for configuring a feminine bolt-action rifle with a Semi Weight barrel.
The Stock The Monte Carlo-shaped stock made of walnut wood from the very noble stock class 7 is ergonomically perfect for the female physique and is also extremely elegant. Its excellent design with the tactilely pleasant and dimensioned pistol grip for slender female hands ensures comfortable mounting, aiming, and shooting in every shooting position. The shooting hand remains completely relaxed, significantly increasing accuracy. The fore-end designed for the installation of Semi Weight barrels has an end made of dark ebony. The rubber butt plate effectively compensates for recoil.
The System The cocking system of the R8 Intuition in the left-hand version guarantees maximum safety through the relaxation of the firing pin spring. The cocking occurs only immediately before the shot by pushing the cocking slider forward. The quickly reloadable straight-pull bolt system is made of dural, and the system housing in a matte black finish is adorned with an R8 inscription. The dry direct trigger has a trigger weight of 750 g.

Der Schaft Der Schaft in Monte Carlo-Form aus Nussbaumholz der sehr edlen Schaftholzklasse 7 ist für die weibliche Physis ergonomisch perfekt und zugleich äußerst elegant gestaltet. Sein ausgezeichnetes Design mit dem haptisch angenehmen und für schlanke Damenhände dimensionierten Pistolengriff gewährleisten bei jeder Anschlagart ein komfortables Anlegen, Visieren und Schießen. Die Schießhand bleibt vollkommen entspannt, was die Treffsicherheit deutlich erhöht. Der für den Einbau von Semi Weight-Läufen vorgesehene Vorderschaft hat einen Abschluss aus dunklem Ebenholz. Die Schaftkappe aus Gummi kompensiert wirkungsvoll den Rückstoß.
Das System Das Handspannsystem der R8 Intuition in der Linksausführung garantiert höchste Sicherheit mittels Entspannung der Schlagfeder. Die Spannung erfolgt erst unmittelbar vor dem Schuss durch das Vorschieben des Spannschiebers. Das schnell nachladbare Geradezug-Repetiersystem ist aus Dural gefertigt, der Systemkasten in mattschwarzem Finish ist mit einem R8 Schriftzug versehen. Der trockenstehende Direktabzug hat ein Abzugsgewicht von 750 g.
