The Ergonomics
The extended Beaver Tail allows the APX A1 Compact to sit comfortably in the hand. The grip panels are interchangeable depending on the size of your hand. The front of the trigger guard has grooves to place the index finger of the support hand if needed. The serrations on the slide are grippy, so fingers do not slip during loading, even in wet conditions. The controls are ambidextrous, allowing the APX A1 Compact to be used by both right- and left-handed shooters.

The Handling
Thanks to its short reset times, quick follow-up shots are possible with the APX A1 Compact. The light, consistent trigger weight is distributed over a short trigger pull. The pistol is well-balanced and has an intuitive aiming direction with its good grip angle. The curvature at the front of the grip base reduces the muzzle rise when firing. Die Ergonomie
Der verlängerte Beaver Tail lässt die APX A1 Compact haptisch gut in der Hand liegen. Die Griffschalen sind je nach Größe Ihrer Hand austauschbar. Die Vorderseite des Abzugsbügels hat Rillen, um bei Bedarf den Zeigefinger der Stützhand zu platzieren. Die Riffelung des Schlittens ist griffig, so dass die Finger auch bei Nässe beim Durchladen nicht abrutschen. Die Bedienelemente sind beidseitig, so dass die APX A1 Compact von Rechts- wie von Linksschützen genutzt werden kann.

Die Handhabung
Dank ihrer kurzen Rückstellzeiten sind mit der APX A1 Compact schnelle Schussfolgen möglich. Das leichte, konstante Abzugsgewicht verteilt sich auf einen kurzen Abzugsweg. Die Pistole ist ausbalanciert und hat mit ihrem guten Griffwinkel eine intuitive Zielführung. Die Wölbung an der vorderen Griffbasis reduziert das Hochschlagen der Mündung beim Schuss.
