La Carabina svedese Shultz & Larsen 6,5×55 rappresenta uno degli esempi più interessanti di riconversione e perfezionamento armiero del dopoguerra europeo. Prodotta in Danimarca dalla rinomata Shultz & Larsen, questa carabina nasce dall’utilizzo della celebre azione tedesca Mauser K98, considerata ancora oggi una delle meccaniche bolt-action più robuste e affidabili mai progettate.
Ciò che rende unica la Carabina svedese Shultz & Larsen M69 6,5×55 è l’abbinamento tra l’azione Mauser 98 e una canna pesante match (bull barrel) prodotta direttamente da Shultz & Larsen. L’azienda danese era famosa per le sue canne di altissima qualità, realizzate con standard dimensionali estremamente precisi e destinate al tiro sportivo di alto livello. Il calibro 6,5×55 svedese, noto per la sua traiettoria tesa, l’eccellente coefficiente balistico e la moderata rinculata, completa un insieme tecnico di grande equilibrio.
