The LR-17 3.2-17x scope from US Optics is an ideal addition to your weapon, especially when the need to quickly and accurately identify targets even beyond the range of fifteen hundred yards. LR-17 possesses a distinct advantage over its rivals in terms of its magnification capabilities which is at 3.2-17x. To provide the user with lucid, well defined images, the scope utilizes a 44mm objective lens placed in front of the TPAL or Turret Parallax Adjustment Locator System.
With the power ring on the LR-17 pushed to the max, accurate target identification and acquisition even beyond 1500 yards is an effortless affair. Unfavourable and harsh weather or poor light, whatever the conditions you need to operate in, the 12 position reticle system with illumination capabilities aids in achieving that perfect shot without much diversion. Elevation adjustment acquires a new meaning with this scope. Multiple choices with the EREK or the Erector Repositioning Elevation Knob system provides a wide range of elevation options, a feature that is hard to find in other standard scopes. LR-17 comes with MIL, MOA and Horus reticle options.
With dual elevation and windage rebound springs, you can be well assured that the adjustments are precise and highly trustworthy for a really long time. The entire scope body, eye piece and the objective housing are made of 6061 – T6 Aircraft aluminium and coated with a III hard anodizing of matte black color. The optional elevation and windage knobs, the reticles, illuminated reticle modules, and surface colors are available at an additional charge.

Knob Elevation: EREK 1/10 MIL 110 Click
EREK= Erector Repositioning Elevation Knob. This knob has set itself into a new class of knobs in the industry.
The large diameter and the low height gives it a very uniques look. With 110 clicks per one revolution, it allows for a large amount of travel in a single turn. With 1/10 MIL click values you will get a total of 11 MIL’s per one revolution.
The center rough zeroing screw allows the user to set where in the knob’s travel the beginning and ending is, so you can adjust where the zero is located, or how many clicks below zero is set.
After the zero is set, the user must replace the top washer with the one provided with the tool kit, this will ensure an environmentally sealed scope.
Knob Windage: US#1 1/10 MIL (RIGHT)
The U.S. #1 knob has been the mainstay of U.S. Optics products since the beginning. This knob has 48 clicks in one revolution, each click has solid tactile feel as well sound.This is accomplished by a tungstun ball that is incapulated in a stainless threaded housing. All knob parts are either stainless or brass material for accuracy and longevity.Whether you are using this for your elevation or windage, the knob is able to be covered by a screw on aluminum cover. Knobs are laser engraved with clear markings for each 1/10 MIL click, as well as numbered for each full MIL and 1/2 MIL.
Reticle Lighting: Digital Push Button (Red)
U.S. Optics has gone above and beyond the other manufacturers with our digital push button rheostat. This feature utilizes a three button design that allows the user to turn off/on and up/down. This unit allows the user to set a needed intensity, then turn off the unit and then back on to the prior setting. There is an automatic power shut off after 1 hour if no buttons are pushed. Battery life is 100 hours on the highest setting. A 2032 coin battery powers the unit.
Reticle: Mil-Dot
Not much to say here, the MIL Dot is the most known tactical style reticle used in scopes today. From center of dot to center of dot is 1 MIL, each dot is 3/4 MOA in diameter.
Eyepiece Housing: Lo Profile – Rapid Focus
Due to its smaller diameter the Lo-Profile Eyepiece allows the scope to be mounted lower that the standard eyepiece. This improvement comes with no structural sacrifice.
