Condizioni generali più che valide per questa Ortgies in cal. 7,65 mm prodotta ad Erfurt tra il 1919 ed il 1924. Sistema brevettato da Heinrich Ortgies, le cui iniziali sono riportate nel tondo sulle guancette, (che vendette il sistema poi alla Deutsche Werke) per il fissaggio delle guancette, il montaggio della canna ed il disconnettore che evita la ripetizione automatica.
