The lever-action rifle 1894 SBL from MARLIN is a classic in the field of Western long guns. Don't be misled by the term Western firearms. The UHR in the powerful calibers .357 Magnum or .44 Remington Magnum is the ideal tool for quick target acquisition with its Ghost-Ring sight. Thanks to the existing Picatinny rail, reflex sights can be quickly mounted, but various scopes and scout optics can also be used, as the weapon ejects to the side and thus does not come into contact with an optic. The latest variant of the long-known and proven SBL series features a new Ghost-Ring sight, with the rear sight integrated into the Picatinny rail and easily removable, while the front sight is equipped with a fiberglass rod as a light collector. The laminated wood stock has an improved finish and a more aggressive, non-slip "checkering."
The most interesting innovation, however, is the muzzle thread, which is now standard - the .357 Magnum is equipped with a 1/2"x28 UNEF thread, while the .44 Magnum has a 5/8"x24 UNF thread. Both are widely used standards that allow for the attachment of a variety of accessories such as compensators and silencers.

Der Unterhebelrepetierer 1894 SBL von MARLIN ist ein Klassiker im Bereich der Western-Langwaffen. Lassen Sie sich vom Begriff Western-Waffen nicht täuschen. Der UHR in den starken Kalibern .357 Magnum oder .44 Remington Magnum ist mit seiner Ghost-Ring Visierung das ideale Werkzeug für schnelle Zielerfassung. Dank der vorhandenen Picatinny-Schiene sind Reflexvisiere schnell montierbar, es können aber natürlich auch verschiedene Zielfewrnrohre und Scout-Gläser genutzt werden, da die Waffe zur Seite auswirft und so mit einer Optik nicht in Kontakt kommt. Die neueste Variante der lange bekannten und bewährten SBL-Serie verfügt über eine neue Ghost-Ring Visierung, die Kimme ist in der Picatinnyschiene eingearbeitet und kann leicht entfernt werden, das Korn ist mit einem Fiberglasstab als Lichtsammler ausgestattet. Der Schichtholzschaft verfügt über eine verbesserte Lackierung und eine aggressiveres, rutschfesteres "Checkering".
Die interessanteste Neuerung aber dürfte das Mündungsgewinde sein, welches jetzt Standard ist - die .357 Magnum ist mit einem 1/2"x28 UNEF Gewinde ausgestattet, die .44 Magnum mit einem 5/8"x24 UNF Gewinde. Beides sind weit verbreitete Standards die es ermöglichen eine Vielzahl von Aufsätzen wie Kompensatoren und Schalldämpfern anzubringen.
