The HIKMICRO HABROK Pro HQ50L belongs to the powerful HABROK Pro series and is aimed at users who want to combine thermal imaging and active night vision with greater range. The focus is on safe detection, clear detail representation, and equipment that allows for controlled observation even in open areas and at night.
Thermal imaging, 4K digital optics, 850-nm IR illuminator, and laser rangefinder are combined in a binocular housing. Switching between day, twilight, and night occurs without changing devices. This saves time, reduces disturbance in the area, and keeps the view consistently in the observation zone.
In the thermal channel, a 640 × 512 VOx sensor operates with a thermal sensitivity of < 15 mK (NETD). Even small temperature differences are clearly visible, such as on damp ground, weak thermals, or wildlife in the edge vegetation.
The 50-mm F1.0 thermal optics allow for a detection range of up to 2,600 m. This makes the HQ50L particularly interesting for field areas, clearings, and larger open spaces where early recognition is crucial.
The optical channel utilizes a 4K CMOS sensor (3840 × 2160) with a 60-mm lens. In daylight and twilight, a high-contrast, natural image with clear contours is produced.
For nighttime use, an integrated 850-nm IR illuminator is included. This wavelength provides higher illumination and a range of up to 400 m at night. It is particularly suitable for situations where detail recognition at greater distances is more important than maximum inconspicuousness.
The integrated laser rangefinder measures distances up to 1,000 m with an accuracy of ±1 m. The system is complemented by GPS and a digital compass to accurately capture locations and observations.
Especially for recurring observations or area inspections, distances and positions can be reliably tracked.
The HABROK Pro HQ50L is designed as a classic binocular. Two eyepieces, a balanced weight, and a steady view relieve the eyes even during prolonged use.
The 0.49″ OLED display with 1920 × 1080 pixels presents thermal and digital images sharply. Operation is via clearly separated buttons and focus rings, which are also easily accessible while wearing gloves.
Images and videos are stored in the 64-GB internal memory. The power supply is provided by a replaceable, rechargeable battery pack with a runtime of over 7 hours under practical conditions.
The housing, protected to IP67, is secured against rain, dust, and short-term immersion. The permissible operating range of -30 °C to +55 °C reliably covers even demanding weather conditions.
