The model "falknerheil2" is a very special hunting knife that was specifically developed for falconry - by PUMA Solingen. The original model of the PUMA "falknerheil2" was developed with the help of experienced falconers, particularly by Horst Niester in the early 1970s. The blade is designed to chop food for the falconry birds and to catch the game that the raptor has caught. In the middle of the edge, there is a small, semicircular notch. It is meant to signal to the falconer that from the tip of the blade to this point, the edge is sharpened. The rest of the blade is kept dull to protect the raptors. The falconry knife from PUMA is very handy and absolutely practical, making it a reliable companion in falconry. Since we process natural products, color and structure deviations are possible - each knife is unique.

Das Modell „falknerheil2“ ist ein ganz besonderes Waidmesser, das speziell für die Beizjagd entwickelt wurde – von PUMA Solingen. Das Ursprungsmodell des PUMA „falknerheil2“ wurde durch Mithilfe erfahrener Falkner und ganz besonders durch Horst Niesters Anfang der 70er Jahre entwickelt. Die Klinge ist vorgesehen, um Futter für die Beizvögel zu zerkleinern und das vom Greifvogel gestellte Wild abzufangen. Mittig der Schneide befindet sich eine kleine, halbrunde Kerbe. Sie soll dem Falkner signalisieren, daß von der Klingenspitze bis zu dieser Stelle die Schneide scharf geschliffen ist. Der Rest der Klinge ist zum Schutz der Greifvögel stumpf gehalten. Das Falknermesser von PUMA ist sehr handlich sowie absolut praxistauglich konzipiert und somit ein zuverlässiger Begleiter bei der Beizjagd. Da wir Naturprodukte verarbeiten, sind Farb- und Strukturabweichungen möglich - jedes Messer ist ein Unikat.
