The PIXFRA Draco D225-4K combines four advanced technologies in a compact device: thermal camera, 4K digital night vision, laser rangefinder, and interchangeable infrared illumination.
With precise image processing, dual-band Wi-Fi, and a robust magnesium housing, it offers reliable performance for observation, documentation, and outdoor operations both day and night.
The integrated 256×192 thermal imaging sensor (NETD <18 mK) provides high-contrast images even in fog, rain, or darkness. The 25-mm lens offers a thermal field of view of 12.2 × 9.3 m @100 m, a magnification of 4.334.4×, and a detection distance of up to 1300 m. The system is complemented by a 4K CMOS sensor (3840×2160, 1/1.8) with a 55-mm lens for detailed night vision representation.
The Draco is equipped with a precise laser rangefinder (LRF) up to 1000 m. An interchangeable 940-nm IR emitter extends visibility in complete darkness, flexibly adjustable to any observation situation.
The Full HD OLED display (1920×1080) with 18× ocular magnification delivers a bright, high-contrast image with a large field of view. Thanks to PIPS 3.0 image optimization, electronic image stabilization (EIS), and defog function, the display remains clear and stable even in challenging weather conditions.
The multifunction wheel and the four-button layout allow for intuitive control of all functions even while wearing gloves. With a weight of only approx. 600 g and a length of 195 mm, the binoculars fit ergonomically in the hand and are suitable for longer observations. The menu saves the last position (up to 15 seconds), so you can continue working efficiently without having to navigate again.
The magnesium housing according to IP67 standard is dust and waterproof, reliably protecting the electronics from rain, fog, and moisture. The device is designed for a temperature range of 30 °C to +55 °C and is therefore suitable for a variety of operating conditions.
The Draco is powered by two 18650 batteries and achieves a runtime of over 9 hours.
Power supply is also possible with just one battery, making it ideal for mobile use.
