The Ti48M (MK-X) suppressor is the non-overbarrel version in the Titan 3D series from Roedale – for all barrels where the other versions are not suitable.

The Ti48M (MK-X) is a non-overbarrel suppressor made using 3D printing for use on barrels that have open sights, as well as on hunting rifles, carbines, or semi-automatics. It is designed as a medium-pressure model and operates with reduced back pressure, which ensures comfortable shooting behavior, especially with semi-automatics.

3D printing is an innovative production method; this additive manufacturing opens up entirely new perspectives in design. Roedale applies 3D printing technology to build its Titan 3D suppressor series layer by layer from titanium Ti64 Gr. 23. The full titanium construction also has the advantage of being nearly self-cleaning.

The Ti48M (MK-X) has a diameter of 48.7 mm, a length of only 161 mm, and a weight of 335 g. Despite its compact dimensions, the suppressor has a damping performance of 32-38 dB and extends the barrel by only 141 mm.

Der Ti48M (MK-X) ist ein per 3D-Druck gefertigter Non-Overbarrel-Schalldämpfer für den Einsatz an Läufen, die eine offene Visierung haben, und an Nachsuche-Gewehren, Stutzen oder Halbautomaten. Er ist als Medium-Pressure-Modell konstruiert und arbeitet mit reduziertem Gegendruck, was gerade bei Halbautomaten ein komfortables Schussverhalten gewährleistet.

Der 3D-Druck ist eine innovative Produktionsmethode, diese additive Fertigung eröffnet gänzlich neue Perspektiven bei der Ausgestaltung. Roedale wendet 3D-Druck-Technologie an, um seine Schalldämpferserie Titan 3D Schicht um Schicht aus Titan Ti64 Gr. 23 aufzubauen. Die Voll-Titan-Konstruktion hat u. a. auch den Vorteil, dass sie ist nahezu selbstreinigend ist.
