The new Roedale Ti48M is a "Medium-Pressure" non-over-barrel silencer designed to produce less back pressure while still providing high damping performance. It bridges the gap between "High Pressure" silencers for hunting and tactical "Low Pressure" models. Specifically tuned for semi-automatics, the Ti48M reduces gas output towards the shooter and minimizes weapon contamination, making it a versatile dual-use solution. It is also suitable for bolt-action rifles and break-action rifles, offering high noise reduction in all these applications.

The Ti48M is available in various versions, including direct thread and the DeltaLock system. The DeltaLock system, compatible with the Roedale DeltaBrake27, ASE Utra Bore Lock, and Klärig Borelock 2, offers versatile application options. Particularly practical is the DeltaLock option with sling mount for tracking weapons, allowing the Ti48M to function as both a specialized and a universal silencer.

Material advantages through 3D printing in titanium

Thanks to 3D printing, the more difficult-to-process titanium can be optimally used in high-precision silencers. Titanium is characterized by exceptional strength, pressure and heat resistance, and low weight, making it ideal for silencers. Ti64, a pre-alloyed titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V), is used, which meets strict standards regarding chemical composition and mechanical load capacity. Titanium is corrosion-resistant, biocompatible, and is commonly used in aerospace, motorsport, and medicine – now also for innovative silencers.
