The Niggeloh tracking strap is woven from special yarns that are water- and dirt-repellent as well as extremely abrasion-resistant. The base color of the material is olive, and the strap is ribbed horizontally in signal orange for good visibility. 1 m before the end of the strap, there is a practical leather stopper. The connection to the dog's collar or harness is made using a leather pin buckle. The 12 m long tracking leash, available in widths of 15 or 20 mm, is significantly lighter at 210 g or 330 g than comparable leather straps.

Der Niggeloh-Schweißriemen ist aus besonderen Garnen gewebt, die wasser- und schmutzabweisend sowie extrem verschleißfest sind. Die Grundfarbe des Materials ist Oliv, quergerippt ist der Riemen für gute Sichtbarkeit in Signalorange. 1 m vor dem Ende des Riemens befindet sich ein praktischer Lederstopper. Die Verbindung mit Halsband oder Geschirr des Hundes erfolgt mittels einer ledernen Dornschnalle. Die 12 m lange und wahlweise 15 oder 20 mm breite Nachsuchenleine ist mit 210 bzw. 330 g wesentlich leichter als vergleichbare Riemen aus Leder.
